Ps4 iheart radio doesnt finish downloading

Did it a couple more times. Tried with USB (FAT32, 4 GB storage abd everything named and downloaded corectly) the ps4 got it, downloaded the update, applied it and after restart - nothing. Back at the beggining, checked the HDD and it just doesnt want to update. Every game I’ve installed work so far, there is only one game and I’ve tried to turn off my PS4 and turn it on. It still has the original storage. I’ve tried removing the game and re-downloading it.
